She has represented some of Tampa Bay’s most significant residential sales, including the record-setting $13,000,000 transaction on Snell Isle in St. Petersburg in 2022.

With a background as a practicing attorney and former General Counsel to nationally recognized organizations, Alexis approaches each transaction with precision, discretion, and a results-driven mindset that resonates with sophisticated clientele.

Her career began in real estate at a young age, working within her family’s brokerage, and has since evolved into a dynamic practice representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors in both residential and commercial transactions. Alexis’s legal career—including extensive courtroom and trial experience as a former Assistant Public Defender, private criminal defense attorney and complex business litigator—sharpened her ability to advocate, negotiate, and close with confidence under pressure. Alexis brings a strategic, analytical edge to every deal—anticipating complexities and structuring transactions to protect and advance her clients’ interests.
